My personal opinion is there was some kind of scam in procuring these machines. We know that such things can happen in India, where a manufacturer pushes some money to govt officials and therebt makes sure that only his products are purchased by the govt. It has happened in the pharmaceutic business..y not in this case..its really heart-breaking..not for the emotionally shallow
