Licence to rape

The supreme court of India passed a judgment that reads "No one can rape a woman who appears to be promiscuous or who has lost her virginity". Sounds strange,a civilized country doesn't need such law/judgment. Women should not be treated as objects of fun to quench animal desires and any sane man wouldn't rape a woman. But strange things happen in India and here is the incident which lead to the above said judgment.

Allahabad High Court passed an acquittal order in favor of a rape accused.Though the trial court had convicted the accused Munshi and another person for the rape of a 17-year old woman, the High Court acquitted the accused persons on the ground that victim was promiscuous in her sexual behavior and had already lost her virginity.

That piece of judgment is total bullshit, just 'coz a woman is promiscuous it doesn't mean that she can be raped. Britney,Lindsay and other top models please stay out of UttatPradesh. What is really strange and shocking to hear is that Highcourt of India's largest/most populous state had made such a decision, in my opinion the supreme court shudn't just stop from passing this judgment but also shud dismiss the dumbheads in Highcourt
